Volunteers are vital at our construction sites, ReStore and woodshop!

Volunteers Always Welcome

Volunteers are crucial in keeping the cost of the homes more affordable for the low-income families who purchase them from Habitat for Humanity of Berks County. One important note: all volunteers on the job site must be at least 18 years of age.

All volunteers must be at least 16 years old, wear closed-toe shoes and be prepared to lift at least 25 pounds.

Volunteer hours are available five days a week in the ReStore. Shifts are available Wednesdays through Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sundays from noon to 6 p.m.

Habitat for Humanity of Berks County

We schedule at the job sites Wednesday/Friday/Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. We welcome individuals and groups of up to 5 people.  Groups can be scheduled at the ReStore whenever the store is open.

If you are interested in volunteering at our ReStore or on one of our job sites, please contact Eneida Powell at 610-373-3439, or by emailing eneidap@habitatberks.org.
