It’s been a year of change for us all and at Habitat Berks we’ve seen changes in our home office, on West Buttonwood Street, and in our ReStore.
At our home office, The Goggleworks remains closed for much of our working day, so visits need to be scheduled in advance.
The construction on West Buttonwood street will be completed this month and we will be celebrating with the new homeowner. The photos below show the amazing transformation from the outside.
If you haven’t been to our ReStore lately, you want to get there soon! New products from a variety of vendors have become part of our normal inventory. We still have great pre-owned furniture and home goods – all at great prices. Follow Habitat for Humanity of Berks ReStore on Facebook to see what’s coming in, but if you see something you like, get to the store right away. Our inventory doesn’t last long.
The new year is sure to bring continued transformations. Watch for news on our work on Miltimore Street, the next step in the Buttonwood Gateway Project. We are transforming neighborhoods and transforming lives.
